HOUSING DEMAND AND FACTORS AFFECTING HOUSING ACQUISITION DECISIONS OF CONSUMERS IN CENTER OF ERZURUM

Main purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the decision to acquire residential urban consumers residing in the center of erzurum. this study uses descriptive scan model. for determining housing demand was used to questionnaire. the literature in the creation of the survey forms is utilized. the scope of validity and reliability study of 50 people in pilot study was implemented. as a result of the pilot study surveyed 18. question of scale questions cronbach's alpha value has been identified as 0,732. universe of research constitutes individuals considering to housing purchasing and living in the center of erzurum. investigation of simple random sampling method using 640 people could be exposed. survey data analysis in spss 16 made in the package program. in the analysis of data, descriptive statistics and correlation tests utilized. lower in the determination of objectives has been part of the anova and t tests. as a result of the research of individuals in housing purchase price, the contractor is in the tabernacle of the reliability, security, site, quality of materials used, dwelling size, location, spacious dwelling of factors such as durability and has been found to be important.
