SUGGESTION TO RESOLVE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUSPENSION OF BANKRUPTCY: FIRM VALUE DRIVEN APPROACH

Legal arrangements envisaged to prevent problems that can arise as a result of bankruptcy, permits financial situation correction efforts of financially deteriorating firms under some conditions. a firm who is in attempt of correction of financial situation, requests suspension of bankruptcy from law court with the recruitment project they possessed. this study explains to law court and experts which way in decision about firms who demands bankruptcy suspension is needed to follow. as a result of the study it has been shown that in acceptance and rejection of bankruptcy suspension demands besides financial analysis, firm assessment methods, determination of effects of recruitment projects on firm value and as firm valuation approach fcff method should have been used and also the people who are going to make assessment must be expert on the issue.
