چکیده    The purpose of the research is to set forth the relations between official personels’ burnout and cognition and affect-based trust in immediate managers in hospital. trust is examined as two variables; emotional and cognitive-based trust, and burnout is examined in three dimensions as emotional exhaustion, low personal accomplishment and depersonalization. the research data were obtained from 376 administrative personel working in 12 hospitals in ankara. at the end of the research it is determined that the relation of affect-based trust in immediate managers, on emotional burnout is more than other dimensions of burnout.
