چکیده    Today’s, rising of employee’s performance is an important process. at this point, organizational identification as frontier of a lot of dependent variables is the main subject of studies. in this study, the effects of organizational identification and control perception of bank employees’ to their turnover intention and job performance are searched. relations of variables with each other are examined by the help of suggested hypothesis and model coherence is analyzed by the help of structural equation model. availability of model on target sampling is discussed with executing coherence tests on decided sampling. consequently, it decided that employee’s organizational identification level effects meaningfully process control, decision control perception, turnover intention, and job performance. it is decided that the model (gfi:0.90; agfi:0.85; cfi:0.94;tli:0.92; nfi:0.87; rmsea:0.05; cmin/df:1,6) is acceptable when coherence index of analyzed structural equation model is examined.
