ANALİTİK AĞ SÜRECİ YAKLAŞIMIYLA ÜÇÜNCÜ PARTİ LOJİSTİK (3PL) FİRMA SEÇİMİ

The third part logistic (3pl) includes some certain parts or whole of the firm’s logistic activities performed by the outsider companies. today, in the global competitive environment, selecting the appropriate 3pl firm has a significiant effect upon the competitive capacity of the firm. in this case; selecting the optimum 3pl firm with an effective and applicable model is very important for the bussiness firms. in this study, an appropriate 3pl firm-choosing model was developed. in this model we applied the analytic network process (anp) which is one of the multiple-criteria desicion making methods which considers the dependencies between the material factors and includes the quantitive and qualitative datas into the process. the network topology of the desicion making model and used factors were assigned by reviewing and considering the articles published in international indexed journals and the views of the experts in their fields. this proposed model was applied in a bussiness firm successfully.
