چکیده
|
Dentists, patients and dental technicians are at high risk of wide variety of microorganisms during prosthodontic procedures. because of using a lot of materials and equipments in clinics and dental laboratory, prosthodontic treatments may lead to cross infection. it is important to provide effective infection control procedures to prevent dental staff and patients. in this review, infection control procedures in dental clinics and laboratories, disinfection and sterilization of impressions, dentures and stone casts are described.
