چکیده    Dens invaginatus is a developmental anomaly resulting in a deepening or invagination of the enamel organ into the dental papilla prior to calcification of the dental tissues. it is reported that prevalence of dens invaginatus range from 0,04% to 10%, it can be occurred unilaterally or bilaterally and most affected teeth are upper laterals. restorative, endodontic, endodontic surgery, replantation or combinations of these treatments are available for the treatment of dens invaginatus depend on depth and type of invagination, root-canal morphology, and presence of periapical pathology. early diagnosis and protective treatment of the anomaly are important for preventing possible problems and complex treatment requirement. the aim of this study is to describe protective treatment of a patient who have oehlers type i dens invaginatus on upper laterals bilaterally and endodontic and restorative treatment of a patient who have oehlers type ii dens invaginatus on left upper lateral.
