CALCIFIYING EPITHELIAL ODONTOGENIC TUMOUR OF MAXILLA: A CASE REPORT

The calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumour (ceot) is a rare benign odontogenic tumour that accounts %0.4-3 of the all odontogenic tumors. ceot appears in the fourth and fifth decades of life and has equal sex distribution. the tumor is locally invasive. clinically the tumor has a painless mass with slow growth. radiographically the tumor appears unilocular or multilocular radiolucency with or without radiopacity. this case report presents clinical, radiological, histopathological evaluation and surgical treatment of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumour, was seen in left maxillary premolar region of 35 year old male patient.
