چکیده
|
46-year-old male patient was admitted to our clinic with swelling of the right mandibular mental region. in anamnesis, it was detected that there was swelling for a long time, increasing in the size of the swelling and his complaint is about facial asymmetry. examination revealed a very mild pain and hard lump. a panoramic radiograph was seen a radiopaque mass which was superposing the apical region of 44, 45 numbered teeth. in examination with dental volumetric tomography, a lesion which is causing expansion in the buccal, associated with mental foramen, regular borders, homogeneous density was detected in the premolar region. in our study, it is aimed to present detailed the imaging of osteoma that were detected by cone beam computed tomography
