   ENAMEL HYPOPLASIA IN THE PRIMARY DENTITION OF CASE WITH PSORIATIC ERYTHRODERMA AND JUVENILE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

چکیده    Psoriatic erythroderma is uncommon skin disease in children, in which the entire skin surface has widespread erythema, accompained by edema and desquamation. this case report presents a patient with psoriatic erythroderma and chonic polyarthritis in follow-up since 1,5 years old. during consultation with the pedodontist, he was found to have nonspecific dental hypoplasia. all the necessary extractions and restorations of deciduous teeth were done and decalcified sections prepared from the lower deciduous incisors have shown the enamel hypoplasia. the seven year old patient is regularly followed by dermatologist, rheumatologist and a pedodontist. supplement of oral function and aesthetic view also supported the patient’s psychologically. this case emphasizes the importance of dental care and during the dental treatment care the drugs which could flare psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis should be avoided.
