   THREE YEARS FOLLOW UP OF TRAUMATIC COMPLICATED CROWN FRACTURE AND LATERAL LUXATION TREATMENT: CASE REPORT

چکیده    A fractured permanent tooth may induce some functional disturbances and in patients especially in younger patıents, it seems to be a major problem comprising esthetic appearance. fiber reinforced composites are favourable for many applications with characteristic properties as mechanical strength, aesthetics properties, adaptability in different shapes and simplicity of application. splinting the mobilized teeth, restoring the missing teeth and preparing endodontic post-core are a few applications of its usage area. dental splinting is frequently needed following traumatic injuries to stabilize subluxated, luxated, avulsed and root fractured teeth. a 11 year old men child with a fractured maxillar incisor was refered to faculty of dentistry. complicated crown fracture of the upper left central incisor and upper right central incisor was found that the lateral luxation and was treated. the fiber-resin composite post-core and direct composite resin restorations may be a cost effective treatment alternative to restore the esthetics of teeth and may prove particularly useful in growing patients before more definitive restorations can be considered.
