چکیده
|
Oral cavity cancers are seen especially in middle aged or elder men. squamous cell carcinoma (scc) is the most common type of oral cancers. the first treatment choice in scc is surgery. the use of aggressive or conservative surgical approaches is still controversial. the aim of this case report is to present the diagnose and surgical treatment of an 85 years old male patient with scc at posterior mandible. marginal resection was performed to prevent post operative function loss and increase the life quality.
