   THE THREATMENT OF INTRUDED PERMANENT INCISORS WITH SURGICAL EXTRUSION: A CASE REPORT

چکیده    Intrusive luxation is type of luxation that tooth is forced in to the socket and clinically tooth appears shortened with bleeding from gingiva. it is more frequent in younger children than in adults and usually involves maxillary teeth. intrusive luxation reposition suggested include no treatment (to allow re-eruption) and surgical and orthodontic repositioning. in this case report is represented the trauma in an 17 years old female patient resulted in intrusion of maxillary left central incisor and lateral incisor with crown fracture and maxillary right central incisor with crown fracture. in this case surgical repositioning combined with endodontic therapy constituted a viable alternative treatment for intrusive luxations in mature permanent teeth.
