Early loading concept has been widely used recently in implant supported dental restorations. primary implant stability is of vital importance when evaluating the availability of implants for early loading. moreover, primary implant stability that is related to several parameters has been shown to be one of the key factors for a successful osseointegration. the resonance frequency analysis technique may be useful for assessing immediate loading implants during the various stages of treatment. studies indicate that implants with high implant stability quotient values during follow-up examinations are successfully integrated, whilst low and decreasing implant stability quotient values may be a sign of ongoing implant failure and ⁄ or marginal bone loss. the aim of this review; to give detail information about the resonance frequency analysis.
