PROSTHETIC REHABILITION OF SHORT CLINICAL CROWN LENGTH TEETH: A CASE REPORT

Short clinical crown length teeth used as a retainer for removable partial denture have a negative impact on the success of prosthesis. telescopic crowns can be used to increase clinical crown length to improve the retention of removable partial denture. in this case report, teeth that have short clinical crown length restored with telescopic crowns and cemented with adhesive resin cement. during 4 years of followup telescopic crown retained removable partial denture was evaluated clinically and radiographically. patient satisfaction with respect to esthetics, function and phonation of prosthesis was also evaluated.
