چکیده    Treatment of complete or partial edentulism with implant supported fixed or removable dentures are highly preferred today for improving retention, stability and function of the prosthesis, reducing the patients’ pain and discomfort and thus improving patient satisfaction and quality of life. ball, bar, locator, magnetic and telescopic attachment systems are used for implant supported removable dentures. with the use of telescopic attachments in implant supported removable dentures, an appropriate entryway of the dentures can be prepared by modifying the contours of the unparallel implants. additionally, in telescopic attachment systems, the screw holes are only present on the primary abutments; thus the appearance of the holes on the external structure is avoided. this clinical case report describes the prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient who presented with only a maxillary right canine with dental implants and maxillary overdenture with telescopic attachments and mandibular fixed prosthesis.
