DIRECT FIBER REINFORCED ADHESIVE BRIDGE APPLICATIONS (TWO CASE REPORTS)

In recent years, many good clinical results are obtained with polyethylene fibers because of that reason, the interest to polyethylene fibers increases. the development of the new and strong composite materials and adhesive fibers in adhesive technology have provided that conservative and aesthetic prosthetic applications could be done much more eaisier. in this case report, direct restorations with fiber reinforced adhesive bridge of the two cases including in diastema or missing teeth in the anterior region of the lower jaw were presented. 1-year followup of the fiber reinforced adhesive bridge case and 9- month follow-up of the fiber reinforced diastema closure case in our clinical practice were done. although there is no problem in three-month followup in the first case, gum problems have been seen one year after the following process because patient was not careful enough to oral hygiene. although a slight color change has been observed in the second case, patient has decided to postpone implant application because patient satisfied from the result.
