برنامه آموزشی فراتفکر مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی ذهن- مغز: رویکردی نوین در درمان اختلال نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی (adhd)

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تحلیل پروتکل‌های آموزشی و درمانی مرتبط با اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی (adhd) و طراحی یک پروتکل جامع و موثر برای افراد مبتلا به این اختلال انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه از رویکرد کیفی و مدل اکتشافی(کیفی-کمی) بهره گرفته شد و با استفاده از مرور نظام‌مند، تصویری جامع از منابع و پژوهش‌های موجود ارائه گردید. جست‌وجوی منابع در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با پروتکل‌های آموزشی adhd صورت گرفت. در نهایت، 54 سند به‌عنوان منابع اصلی مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش انتخاب شدند. محتوای این اسناد به روش تحلیل محتوای واش و وارد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پروتکل درمانی استخراج‌شده از این تحلیل، به گروهی از متخصصان adhd ارائه و با استفاده از شاخص آماری cvr ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که پروتکل اصلاح‌شده از اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است و شاخص cvr مربوط به اهداف هر بخش از پروتکل، بالاتر از مقدار معیار تعیین‌شده بود. در نهایت، مطالعه ما پروتکل فراتفکر مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی ذهن- مغز را به‌عنوان یک روش درمانی موثر برای کودکان مبتلا به adhd  معرفی کرد. این پروتکل شامل هشت جلسه درمانی منسجم و جامع است که بر مبنای اصول فراتفکر، تصویرسازی ذهنی و شبیه‌سازی ذهنی طراحی شده‌اند و به کودکان کمک می‌کند تا افکار، هیجانات و رفتارهای خود را بهتر مدیریت و اصلاح کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش بر اهمیت همکاری میان متخصصان و پژوهشگران در توسعه و ارتقاء مداخلات درمانی برای کودکان مبتلا به adhd تاکید دارد. تایید اثربخشی این پروتکل درمانی، زمینه را برای اجرای آن در مراکز درمانی فراهم می‌سازد و گامی موثر در بهبود وضعیت این کودکان محسوب می‌شود.

meta-thinking educational program based on brain-mental simulation: a novel approach in treatment of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder

introduction: this study was conducted to evaluate and analyze the educational and therapeutic protocols related to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd) and develop a comprehensive and effective protocol for individuals with this disorder. materials and methods: this study used a qualitative approach, the exploratory model (qualitative-quantitative), and a systematic review to provide a complete picture of the sources and existing research. we searched reputable domestic and international scientific databases using keywords related to adhd educational protocols. finally, 54 documents were selected as the main sources relevant to the research topic. the content of the collected documents was analyzed using the wach & ward content analysis method. the treatment protocol derived from the document review was presented to a group of adhd specialists and analyzed using the statistical method cvr. results: the results showed that the modified protocol had high validity, and the cvr index for each protocol goal was higher than the specified value. finally, our study revealed the meta-thinking protocol based on mental-brain simulation as an effective therapeutic method for children with adhd. this protocol includes eight coherent and comprehensive therapeutic sessions designed based on meta-thinking, imagery, and mental simulation principles to help children manage and improve their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. conclusion: this research highlights the importance of collaboration between specialists and researchers in developing and enhancing therapeutic interventions for children with adhd. endorsing the efficacy of this therapeutic protocol paves the way for its implementation in clinical settings and contributes to the improvement of children with adhd.
