تدوین معادلات ساختاری آشفتگی رابطۀ زناشویی براساس بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان: نقش میانجی پرخاشگری ارتباطی در زنان نابارور

مقدمه: ناباروری یکی از شایع ترین معضلات در جهان است که می تواند افراد مبتلا را در معرض اختلالات روانی گوناگون قرار دهد. لذا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین معادلات ساختاری آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی براساس بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان: نقش میانجی پرخاشگری ارتباطی در زنان نابارور انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی و معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز ناباروری و مراکز پزشکی زنان و زایمان شهر تهران در تابستان سال 1400 بود و 300 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب و از طریق پرسشنامه آنلاین در پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده‌ ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودگزارشی زناشویی تاکسون ویزمن و همکاران (2009)، آزمون بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان اکمن و فرایزن (1976) و پرسشنامه پرخاشگری ارتباطی پنهان نلسون و کارل (2006) جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل علّی رابطه بین بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان، پرخاشگری ارتباطی و آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی در زنان نابارور براساس شاخص‌های مختلف برازش تایید شد، بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان و پرخاشگری ارتباطی بر آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی اثر مستقیم دارند؛ علاوه بر این بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان از طریق پرخاشگری ارتباطی بر آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی در زنان نابارور تاثیر غیرمستقیم دارد. نتیجه گیری: بازشناسی بیان چهره‌ای هیجان و پرخاشگری ارتباطی نقش مهمی در آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی در زنان نابارور دارند و هدف قراردادن این دو مولفه در درمان‌های روانشناختی، می‌تواند در کاهش آشفتگی رابطه زناشویی موثر باشد.‌

Developing Structural Equations for Marital Relationship Distress Based on Facial Emotion Recognition: The Mediating Role of Relational Aggression in Infertile Women

Introduction: Infertility is one of the most common problems in the world that can expose affected people to various psychological disorders. Therefore, the present study was performed to develop structural equations for marital relationship distress based on facial emotion recognition: the mediating role of relational aggression in infertile women. Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive and structural equations. The statistical population of the study included all infertile women who were referred to infertility centers and obstetrics and gynecology medical centers in Tehran in the summer of 2021. 300 subjects were selected via a convenient sampling method and participated in the research through online questionnaires. Data were collected using the Marital SelfReport Questionnaire of Taxon Wisman et al. (2009), the Facial Emotion Recognition Test of Ekman and Friesen (1976), and the Covert Relational Aggression Questionnaire of NelsonCarroll (2006). Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. Results: The results showed that the causal model of the relationship between facial emotion recognition, relational aggression, and marital relationship distress in infertile women was confirmed based on different fit indices. Facial emotion recognition and relational aggression have a direct effect on marital distress. Moreover, facial emotion recognition through relational aggression has an indirect effect on marital distress in infertile women. Conclusion: Facial emotion recognition and relational aggression play an important role in marital distress in infertile women, and targeting these two components in psychological therapies can be effective in reducing marital distress.
