چکیده
|
Inflammatory bowel disease (ibd) is a multisystem disorder with gastrointestinal tract involvement. these pa-tients have the higher risk for thromboembolic events compared to normal population. this report describes a unique case of pulmonary embolism as a first manifestation of inflammatory bowel disease.
