چکیده
|
Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (edcs) are exogenous chemicals that influence many aspectsof natural hormone actions. bisphenol is used in the industry, for increasing the thickness anddurability of materials in certain plastics and resins. paraben is used as preservatives in manypharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and some food products. edcs can increase estrogen levelsinside the body, and estrogen itself can increase the monoamine effect (dopamine, serotonin),neuronal excitability, neuropeptide transmitter mechanism, and drug metabolism. in drugabusers, this effect can develop greater craving behavior, addiction, and relapse.
