   ASSESSMENT OF PRINT ADS ACCORDING TO LAYOUT TYPES AND COMPONENTS: A CONTENT ANALYSIS OF PRINT ADS PUBLISHED BETWEEN 1959-2013

چکیده    The study mainly focuses on changes and developments in the field of ad design in last fifty years. in this study all the print ads of arçelik brand in white durable goods product category in milliyet newspaper between years 1959-2013 have been studied with content analysis method in terms of graphic design components. the results obtained with the content analysis showed that the print ads in turkey have been dramatically changed in terms of layout design and its components in fifty years.
