According to foucault power consist of contrivance which try to keep down the subject devoloping with economical process, knowledge and relationship. foucault indicate that bio-politics as composing subject from the body and auditing expression.this research’s aim is finding the answer of question how create neoliberal subject with discourse that accored bio-politics new economic and consumption form and analysing facilities which create discourse with this context. we entertain that fashion is one of the facilities discourse which is impulsion of present days consumer culture. clothing which is effected by fashion and accessories give as idea about bodies form and aspect. in this point we approach fashion as a bio-politic discourse controling body which is cooperated with consumption culture discourse. fashion magazine as a channel between fashion and consumers is selected because they are medium to realise fashion neoliberal discourse about body. in this resarch according foucault’s biopolitic concept we analyse vouge fashion magazine and all its web pages that is universal and centennial life style was researched with discourse analysis. this research’s aim is will to meaning neoliberal fashion that is one of the machinery of bio-politics with foucault’s discourse. as a result, this research revealed that a discourse was established in vogue to shape the body through fashion. such discourse supports the discourse of the neo-liberal biopolitics that builds the subject through the body.
