With this research, the cultural codes which 2001 made, internationally renowned successful indian movie kabhi khushi kabhie gham (sometimes happiness, sometimes sadness) consists were tried to be determined. data which is collected by the repetitive watches of the movie are classified according to the onion model of culture of geert hofstede. after that, these codes are examined within various sub-categories. while this being done, some comparisons between the turkish and the indian cultures were included as well.
