REFLECTION OF VERDICTS ON BROADCASTING PROHIBITIONS TO TURKISH MEDIA

In our study legal basis of broadcasting prohibitions which are adjudicated by courts to written and visual media are investigated according to expression and freedom of the press and in which case the decision to ban publications such as the constitution can be addressed by the relevant provisions of law are examined. written applications to work on the subject of press interest in the ergenekon investigation, by using content analysis methods are investigated. by keeping in mind actuality of the subject, whether the written presses respect broadcasting prohibitions or not about the ergenekon investigation are investigated and ended with an overall evaluation study.
