چکیده
|
In this study, first and foremost, we mention generally legal characteristics of precautionary attachment. subsequently, the grounds for precautionary attachment are analyzed in the light of opinions in doctrine and judicial decisions. finally, the legal status of public debtors in the concept of precautionary attachment is scrutinized in accordance with the act on procedure of collection of public receivables no 6183.
