The main regulation of cooperative partnerships with turkish law no. 1163 dated 04.24.1969 cooperativesact. other than that, some types of cooperatives organized by special laws. in the present embodiment, some of the conditions for the formation of cooperative board of directors falls short of the age. with the turkish commercial code no. 6102 joint-stock companies provided management with the principles of corporate governance.in accordance with the corporate governance principles also management of cooperatives, making legal regulations should be established. subject of this study, which is the executive body of the cooperative partnerships, limitedbythe formation of the board of directors.
