Information about the institution of study, after first detection of evidence of detected evidence in general, examined the provisions of hmk. the subject in this study was the determination of the competent court officials and the hmk 401 regulated by article. during our review hmk 401 provision, the provisions of previous laws, regulations hmk overall objective in mind, and some other countries were evaluated.
