THE CONCEPT OF THE TRANSFER OF POSSESSION RELATED TO THE PROVISIONS OF SALES CONTRACT

It is really important to interpret the concept of the transfer of possession related to the sales contract in terms of the code of obligation no 6098. because this top concept contains not only the transfer of possession with delivery but also the other species of the transfer. so, firstly the concept of transfer of possession is explained and given information about the species of transfer of possession in this study. after that, the concept of transfer of possession is analyzed in terms of principal obligations of the seller. then, this concept is researched related to the transfer of the damage in sales contract for the movable. finally, in this study it is aimed to clear how to be understood the concept of transfer of possession related to provision about the liability for defect and conversion.
