چکیده
|
Article 11 of administrative trial procedure act has a great significance for the governing and governed parties which are the fundamental elements of administrative law. that is to say, the governed party looks for the way to tip the scales in his favour by using this application method. in the same way, this provision enables that the procedure facilitated by the administration is revised. this work will evaluate this significant provision.
