چکیده
|
In substance of the impossible attempts the perpetrator is unsuccessful to get event. it can be two reasons of this failure: firstly there is no subject of crime, secondly impracticability of the act. in this study i will discuss about the whether we can punish the impossible attemps in turkish law. at the same time i will compare the turkish criminal law system and american criminal law system about impossible attempts.
