چکیده
|
Economic control of political life is a matter of importance in the countries which endorse the contemporary values of democracy and rule of law. in western europe, the process in this context, has led up to a large set of legal provisions and judicial precedence. an evaluation of french legal system with respect to this subject is useful as it may serve as a good example in the reaching of the aims in turkey. on the other hand, one should not forget the importance of actual practice of legal provisions, in addition to a painstaking work process of preparation of legal provisions.
