The Alternatıve Resolutıons of Dısputes in Consumer Law

The alternative of court judgement methods which are used for resolving disputes are generally called as alternative dispute resolutions. in alternative dispute resolution methods, the person who is purely objective helps the sides of dispute about law and resolving the problem. but in this methods we need agreements of sides of dispute and these methods are not be used in all disputes. however, we can say that in consumer law this methods can be used and in comparative law there are lots of examples which support this opinion. alternative dispute resolutions in turkish consumer law are this work‟s subject and this is examined with the a few examples in turkish law.
