چکیده
|
There will be the cheque status complete when the elements of the cheque are there and it is submitted to bank on time. partly or wholly scratch on the distinctive stamp of bank as sign of submittion do not invalidate the cheque, it will still be legal. therefore it is possible to enforce such a cheque via enforcement order particular to bill of exchange.
