چکیده
|
Expert is a person to who should be consulted on issue’s which require technical matters for the courts that needs tecnical competence. the judge assign the expert. the judge doesn’t need to take the expert report in to account. the expert opinion is usually required for administrative action for damages. in this research a questionnaire is carried at about the expert practices on the judges who works at administrative courts.
