LEGAL TRANSACTIONS RELATED WITH THE RIGHTS OF TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

In the first part of the study, “properties of trademark” has been studied to find out the legal qualification of the trademark and to be basis of the other parts of the study. then in the second part “transfer of trademark”, in the third part “pledge of trademark”, in the fourth part “attachment of trademark” and in the fifth part “licence of trademark” has been studied according to the order in decree / 556. during the research, the current decree / 556 have been taken essence, but legal regulations to do with trademark which was in effect before decree / 556 have been utilized. besides, practices of some countries and international regulations have been referred so that we could make comparison between.
