CHANGING PERCEPTION OF SECURITY IN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND CYBER ATTACKS REGARDING CRIME OF AGGRESSION

While improving daily lives, rapid advances in technology have also placed a number of issues on the global agenda. more specifically, with rapid technolo-gical change, international law and its principles are now in need of revision. this also applies to the law of armed conflicts which has witnessed a number of important changes. as a result of technological advancement, cyber command is now part of the unified commands alongside naval, air and land components and the armed forces have begun to work on scenarios focusing on cyber at-tacks and cyber warfare. this article provides a review of the recent develop-ments related to the concept of cyber crime in the context of changes to our understanding of security and of war.
