چکیده
|
Principles of public service is accept to “constitution” of the service. that principles are adaptation, equality, free of charge and continuity. principle of adaptation, administrations must change the services when new technological developments emerge. in this article, we talked about the ability to force administrations to comply with new developments. we also pointed to the consequences of the administration's adaptation of its services to new developments.
