ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROHIBITION LAW

It has been requested that the first instance courts or the courts which are sent to the legal remedies in order to explain in the perspective of administrative jurisdiction laws and the problems of the application and disclosure of the correcting institutions and correcting the mistakes that are expected to be made in relation to the material mistakes or meaning confusion arising out of the judgements made by them. in study we also try to make a solution for confusing judgement paragraph and not enough to be understandable judgement paragraph. for this purpose we decided to prepare a study about how we can make a clear the judgement paragraph and how we can correcting the mistakes in the judgement paragraph.
