نقدی بر کتاب مبانی مدیریت ورزشی

کاربرد مدیریت ورزشی در حوزه های مختلف ورزش در حال افزایش است. افزون براین، سازمانهای غیرانتفاعی در زمینۀ ورزش به دنبال به کارگیری افراد متخصص در حوزۀ مدیریت ورزشی هستند؛ ازاینرو، هر کتابی بخواهد تلاش خودرا به تخصصی کردن مدیریت ورزشی معطوف کند، درخور نقد و بررسی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقد کتاب مبانی مدیریت ورزشی انجام شد که از روش نقد کتاب موسسۀ خانه کتاب و کاوشگری فلسفی انتقادی همزمان استفاده شد. کتاب یادشده تالیف حمید قاسمی، سارا کشکر و نازنین راسخ است که در سال 1397 در انتشارات علم و حرکت در نوبت اول چاپ شد. ابزار نقد این اثر چک لیست نقد کتاب شورای بررسی متون و کتب علوم انسانی است و از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بازخوانی های چندبارۀ اثر به منظور بررسی اشکالات استفاده شده است. براساس یافته ها، قوت های کتاب از نظر محتوایی، شیوایی کلام و کاربردی بودن مطالب، جدیدبودن مثال های ذکرشده و به کارگیری جداولبرای فهم بهتر خواننده است. همچنین قوتهای کتاب از نظر ساختاری، حروف نگاری و کیفیت چاپ آن است. مهمترین ضعفهای کتاب از نظر محتوایی، وجود اشکالات و ابهام در استناددهی و منبع نویسی و از نظر ساختاری وجود اشتباهات لغوی و ارجاع ندادن لغات لاتین در پانوشت است.. همچنین طرح ضعیف و تکراری روی جلد و کیفیت پایین صحافی کتاب از دیگر اشکالات این اثر است. امید است با نقد کتاب مبانی مدیریت ورزشی و بررسی قوتها و ضعف های آن به بهبود چاپ مجدد اثر بعد از برطرف کردن اشکالات و کتاب های چاپ شدۀ بعدی در این زمینه یاری رسانیم.

A Review on the book “Fundamentals of Sports Management”

The use of sport management is increasing in different areas of sport. On the other hand, nonprofit organizations in the field of sport are seeking to hire professionals in the field of sports management. Therefore, any book that wishes to focus on the specialization of sports management deserves criticism. The purpose of this study was to review and criticize the book “Fundamentals of Sports Management” and to to do so, the book criticism method of the Critical Philosophical Research Book Institute was applied.The book was a compilation of Ghasemi, Kashkar and Rasakh, which was published in 2018 in Science and Motion Publications. The criticism tool for this work has been the Council of Review of Textbooks and Humanities Textbook Checklists and has used qualitative content analysis and multiple readings of the work to investigate bugs. According to the findings, the strengths of the book are in terms of the content of the material, the usefulness of the material, the novelty of the examples provided, and the use of tables to better understand the reader and the structure of typography and print quality. The weaknesses of the book are the content of bugs and ambiguities in the citation and the structured presence of lexical errors and noncitation of the Latin words in the manuscript, as well as the poor design, duplicate cover, and poor book binding quality of the book. It is hoped that by reviewing the book and examining its strengths and weaknesses, we will help to improve the reprint of the book after resolving the problems and subsequent books published in this field.
