طراحی الگوی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمانی با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی

هدف این تحقیق طراحی الگوی شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمانی ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. روش پژوهش ازنوع کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاریتفسیری است. با مرور ادبیات تحقیق و مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان(اشباع نظری)، هفت دسته عوامل موثر در سنجش آمادگی الکترونیکی شامل سیاسی، تکنولوژیکی، فردی و نیروی انسانی، محیطی، آمادگی فضای کسب و کار الکترونیکی، سازمانی، و مدیریتی شناسایی شدند و روایی محتوایی آن به تایید 10 نفر ازخبرگان دانشگاهی و متخصصان حرفه ای رسید. عوامل بر اساس مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری درپنج سطح قرار گرفتند که براساس آن گراف مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری طراحی شد. نتایج نشان داد که در بالاترین سطح( سطح پنجم) عامل سیاسی، سطح چهارم عامل تکنولوژیکی، در سطح سوم، عامل فردی و نیروی انسانی، در سطح دوم، عوامل محیطی و فضای کسب و کار الکترونیکی و در سطح اول(پایین ترین سطح) عوامل مدیریتی و سازمانی قرار گرفتند. براساس یافته های پژوهش این عوامل برآمادگی الکترونیکی سازمانی اثرگذار است. با تحلیل میک مک، متغیرها بر حسب قدرت هدایت و وابستگی متغیرها در چهار دسته خودمختار، وابسته، پیوندی و مستقل شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد عامل هایی همچون سیاسی و تکنولوژیکی از قدرت اثر و نفوذ بالاتری برخوردار هستند و قدرت اثر گذاری بعد سیاسی بر آمادگی الکترونیکی از اثر گذاری بعد تکنولوژیگی بیشتر است. پیشنهاد می شود این عوامل برای آمادگی الکترونیکی مد نظر قرار گیرند.

Designing a model for identifying the factors affecting the organizational electronic readiness based of interpretive structural modeling approach in sport and youth offices of East Azerbaijan province

The purpose of this research was to design a model to identify factors that affect the organizational electronic readiness of the sport and youth offices of East Azerbaijan province. The research method is qualitative type by using structuralinterpretive modeling approach. By reviewing the research literature and interviews with 15 experts (theorical saturation), seven categories of factors influencing the measurement of ereadiness, including political, technological, and individual and human resources, environmental, ereadiness business, organizational, and managerial readiness were identified and its content validity approved by 10 academic experts and professionals. Factors based on interpretive structural modeling were placed at five levels, based on which the graph of structuralinterpretive modeling was designed. The results showed that at the highest level (fifth level) the political factor, the fourth level the technological factor, at the third level the model, the individual factor and manpower, at the second level, environmental factors and ebusiness space and at the first level (lowest level) were managerial, and organizational factors. Based on the research findings, these factors are effective on the organizational Eelectronic. By analyzing MICMAC, the variables were identified in terms of dependence power and driver power in four clusters: autonomous, dependent, linkage, and driver/independent. The results showed that factors such as political and technological have a higher power of influence, and the influence of political dimension on E readiness is more than the influence of technological dimension. It is recommended that these factors be consider for electronic readiness.
