ارتباط بین میزان کاربست شاخص‌های تکنولوژی اطلاعات و ارتباطات با مولفه‌های توانمندسازی دبیران ورزش در وزارت آموزش و پرورش

سازمان‌های آموزشی کشور متناسب با رشد تکنولوژی اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نیازمند دگرگونی‌هایی در فعالیت‌های توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی خود می‌باشند؛ پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف ارتباط بین میزان کاربست شاخص‌های تکنولوژی اطلاعات و ارتباطات با مولفه‌های توانمندسازی دبیران ورزش در وزارت آموزش و پرورش انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد، جامعه آماری را 118 دبیر ورزش در آموزش و پرورش استان گیلان تشکیل دادند. از دو پرسشنامه ترکیبی معتبر، تکنولوژی اطلاعات و ارتباطات و سنجش مولفه‌های توانمندسازی با ضریب آلفای بالای  0/90 استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش‌های آماری ksو آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن برای تعیین ارتباط متغیرها استفاده گردید. خروجی داده‌های بدست آمده نشان می دهد که (69/49 درصد) را مردان و (30/51درصد) را زنان در این تحقیق تشکیل دادند و مولفه مسئولیت پذیری و خودمختاری به ترتیب با (4/811) و (3/791) دارای بیشترین و کمترین میانگین در بین متغیرها بودند. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، تکنولوژی‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توانمند نمودن معلمان ورزش نقش مهمی می‌تواند ایفا نمایند و استفاده از کلاس‌های آموزشی توانمندسازی برای حیات مراکز آموزشی امری بدیهی به نظر می‌رسد.

The Relationship between the Use of ICT Indicators and Empowerment Components in Sport Teachers of the Ministry of Education

Educational organizations of the country need changes in their human resources activities in accordance with the growth of information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the use of ICT indicators and empowerment components in sport teachers of the Ministry of Education. This study was an applied and descriptivecorrelational research. The statistical population of this study was 118 sport teachers in the Ministry of Education of Guilan province. The instrument of this study were two valid combined questionnaires (information and communication technology and empowerment components) with an alpha coefficient above 0.90. The collected data were analyzed by KS tests and Pearson and Spearman Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that 69.49% of subjects were men and 30.51% of them were women in this study and responsibility and autonomy components with (4.811) and (3.791) had the highest and the lowest mean among the variables. According to the study findings, information and communication technology can play an important role in sports teachers’ empowerment and the use of empowerment training classes for the rehabilitation of educational centers seems obvious.
