مروری بر آزمون‌های عملکردی ارزیابی تعادل در افراد دارای نقص شنوایی

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه جمع‌آوری آزمون‌های عملکردی ارزیابی تعادل افراد دارای نقص شنوایی می‌باشد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به‌صورت مرور سیستماتیک بود و بررسی جامعی بر آزمون‌های عملکردی ارزیابی تعادل در افراد دارای نقص شنوایی صورت گرفت. جستجو در پایگاه‌های pubmed, web of science, cochrane central register of controlled clinical trials, google scholar, and scopus انجام شد. دوره جستجو از آغاز تا آوریل 2021 صورت گرفت. علاوه بر این، جستجوی دستی و بررسی کامل منابع مقالات نیز انجام گردید.یافته‌ها: 21 آزمون مختلف از 15 مقاله استخراج شدند که برای ارزیابی عملکردی تعادل افراد دارای نقص شنوایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته بودند. بعد از بررسی دقیق آزمون‌های به‌کار گرفته شده برای ارزیابی عملکردی تعادل افراد دارای نقص شنوایی مشخص شد که مطالعات از 9 آزمون برای ارزیابی تعادل ایستا و 8 آزمون برای ارزیابی تعادل پویا و 4 آزمون چندبخشی برای ارزیابی عملکردی تعادل در افراد دارای نقص شنوایی استفاده کرده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: آزمون‌های عملکردی که برای ارزیابی تعادل در افراد دارای نقص شنوایی استفاده شده‌اند، آزمون‌هایی هستند که برای سایر گروه‌ها نیز به‌کار گرفته شده‌اند و آزمون‌های عملکردی که به‌صورت اختصاصی ارزیابی دقیقی از تعادل این افراد داشته باشد، وجود ندارد. به نظر می‌رسد برای این‌که مشخص شود که کدام آزمون‌های عملکردی ارزیابی دقیق و درستی از تعادل افراد دارای نقص شنوایی دارد، نیاز هست که مطالعات پژوهشی با هدف بررسی روایی آزمون‌های عملکردی با استفاده از دستگاه‌های پیشرفته و دقیق ارزیابی تعادل انجام بگیرد تا مشخص شود که کدام یک از آزمون‌ها، عملکرد دقیق و بهتری در بررسی تعادل افراد دارای نقص شنوایی دارد.

a review of functional tests for balance assessment in hearing-impaired people

background and aim: it is assumed that hearing loss is associated with the labyrinth dysfunction and may interfere with postural control. therefore, the present study aimed to collect functional tests for balance assessment in the hearing impaired people. materials and methods: this is a systematic review, in which, a comprehensive review was performed on functional tests for balance assessment in hearing impaired people. databases such as pubmed, web of science, cochrane central register of controlled clinical trials, google scholar, and scopus were searched. the search period lasted from the beginning of 2021 to april 2021. results: 15 articles were selected in which 21 different tests had been used to assess the balance of the hearing impaired. after careful examination of the tests used to assess the balance of the hearing impaired, it was found that the studies used 9 tests to assess static balance, 8 tests to assess dynamic balance and 4 multidisciplinary tests to assess balance in the hearing impaired. conclusion: the functional tests that have been used to evaluate the balance in people with hearing impairment are the tests that have been used for other groups as well, and there are no functional tests that specifically evaluate the balance of these people. it seems that in order to determine which functional tests provides an accurate and correct evaluation of the balance of the hearing impaired, it is necessary to conduct studies to evaluate the validity of functional tests using advanced and accurate balance assessment tools.
