اهداف مجازات در پرتو پارادایم رفتارگرا.

رفتار جنایی که گاه با واکنش اجتماعی روبه‌روست، در پرتو پارادایم‌های متفاوتی قابل بررسی است. یکی از پارادایمهای حاکم بر رفتار که کم‌تر به آن پرداخته می‌شود، پارادایم رفتارگراست. از این منظر، پاره‌ای از رفتارهای آدمی زیرتاثیر فرایند شرطی‌سازی در قالب رابطۀ محرک پاسخ بروز می‌یابد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی کیفیت رفتار جنایی و مولفه‌های کارآمدی کیفر از منظر پارادایم رفتارگراست. پژوهش پیش رو با روش توصیفی تحلیلی نشان می‌دهد که فرایند شکل‌گیری برخی رفتارهای جنایی مبتنی بر پارادایم رفتارگرا بوده و ارتکاب جرم بر مبنای ارادۀ غیرعقلانی مجرم زیرتاثیر شرطی سازی رفتار صورت می‌پذیرد. از این رو، تاکید می‌ورزد که برای مقابله با این دسته از جرایم، لازم است مجازات‌هایی انتخاب شوند که در خاموشی رفتار جنایی شرطی‌شده موثر باشند؛ و تلاش می‌کند تحقق این هدف را با ارزیابی قابلیت یا عدم قابلیت انطباق چهار هدف «سزادهی»، «ناتوان‌سازی»، «ارعاب»، و « اصلاح و درمان» با پارادایم رفتارگرا بررسی نماید.

The Purposes of Punishment Based on Behavioral Paradigm.

Criminal behavior ,sometimes encountered by social reaction, can be investigated based on different paradigms. One of these paradigms that is less relevant is the behavioral paradigm. From this perspective, a number of human behaviors arise from the conditioning process based on the response stimulus relationship. The purpose of the research is to examine the beginning of criminal behavior and the efficiency components of punishment from the perspective of behavioral paradigm. The present research by descriptiveanalytic method shows that the process of forming some criminal behaviors is based on the behavioral paradigm and the crime is based on the irrational will of the offender and is influenced by the conditioning of behavior. therefore, emphasizes that to deal with these crimes, it is necessary that the sanctions chosen are effective in silencing criminal behavior Conditioned; and tries to examine this objective by assessing the ability or inability to adapt the four objectives of retribution, incapacitation, intimidation, and rehabilitation and treatment to the behavioral paradigm.
