ارزیابی اثرات بازارچه مرزی پرویز خان بر بخش کشاورزی شهرستان مرزی قصرشیرین

زمینه و هدف: بازارچه‌های مرزی با اهداف گوناگونی در مناطق مرزی و به‌ویژه در مناطق محروم تاسیس می‌گردد. استقرار این بازارچه‌ها اثرات متفاوتی را بر توسعه زیر بخش‌های اقتصادی و از جمله بخش کشاورزی این مناطق مرزی به‌جای می‌گذارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین بازارچه‌های غرب کشور، بازارچه مرزی پرویز خان در شهرستان مرزی قصرشیرین واقع در استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات این بازارچه بر بخش کشاورزی شهرستان قصرشیرین انجام شد.روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارشناسان و مسئولین مرتبط با بازارچه مرزی پرویز خان و جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان قصرشیرین بود که اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه از آن‌ها گردآوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، به ترتیب به روش اعتبار محتوایی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در نهایت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار spss26 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: از طریق محاسبه ضریب تغییرات با استفاده از میانگین و انحراف معیار، گویه‌های هر یک از هفت بخش اثرات بازارچه مرزی پرویز خان اولویت‌بندی شد.نتایج: بیشترین تاثیر بازارچه بر توسعه اقتصادی در بخش کشاورزی منطقه بود. پس‌ازآن، مولفه‌های توسعه اجتماعی در بخش کشاورزی، توسعه و بهبود قوانین و نهادهای مرتبط با بخش کشاورزی، ارتقای کمیت و کیفیت تولید و عرضه محصولات کشاورزی، بهبود وضعیت آب‌وخاک منطقه، توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش کشاورزی و توسعه زیرساخت‌های مرتبط با بخش کشاورزی به ترتیب در مراتب بعدی تاثیر قرار گرفتند.

assessing the effects of parvizkhan border market on the agricultural sector of qasr-e shirin border county

background and aim: border markets are established in border areas, particularly in deprived regions, with various objectives. the establishment of these markets has different effects on the development of economic subsectors, including the agricultural sector, in these border areas. one of the most important western markets in the country is parvizkhan border market located in qasr-e shirin county, kermanshah province. this research aims to investigate the effects of this market on the agricultural sector of qasr-e shirin county. the research is applied in terms of purpose, field-based in terms of the level of control variables, and descriptive research in terms of data collection method. it is also considered as evaluative research.methodology: the statistical population of this research includes experts and officials associated with parvizkhan border market and the agricultural jihad organization of qasr-e shirin county, from whom the necessary information was collected through a questionnaire. the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed using content validity and cronbach’s alpha coefficient, respectively. finally, the data were analyzed using spss26 software.results: the coefficient of variation using the mean and standard deviation was calculated, and the items of each of the seven sections of parvizkhan border market effects were prioritized.conclusion: the results of the research showed that among the seven examined components, the market had the most significant impact on the development of the region’s agricultural sector. after that, the components of social development of human resources in agriculture, development, and improvement of laws and institutions related to the agricultural sector, improvement of the quantity and quality of agricultural production and supply, improvement of the water and soil conditions in the region, investment development in the agricultural sector, and development of infrastructure related to the agricultural sector were ranked in subsequent levels of influence.extended abstractintroductiontoday, trade is the engine of economic growth and development of countries, and therefore, a serious presence in world trade has become one of the countries’ main priorities. due to the distance from the country’s center and the border regions’ economic underdevelopment, they have less ability to provide formal employment for the residents. at the same time, there are suitable conditions for smuggling goods from the other side of the borders. creating border markets is a suitable solution to resolve the gap between border areas. border markets can be beneficial in creating employment in border areas and controlling the smuggling of goods in these areas. providing the necessary conditions for the development and expansion of these types of markets can guarantee more stable sources of income for the residents of these areas, lead to the improvement of their living conditions, and help to increase regional and national security. considering the high importance of business development in border areas as well as the considerations and goals defined for border markets, investigating the realization or non-fulfillment of these goals and studying the effects created as a result of the activity of border markets in border areas, especially in the agricultural sector, which food security is closely related and can be useful for more realistic planning and more appropriate decision-making. thus, parvizkhan border market was founded and started working in 1997 with the aim of solving existing problems. after about three decades of activity in this market, studying its effects can explain the current situation and be the basis of a perspective to reach the desired situation. therefore, this research was conducted to investigate and study the effects of parvizkhan border market on the agricultural sector of qasr-e shirin border county.
