تحلیلی بر ادراک ساکنان مناطق حاشیه‌نشین از تاثیر منطقه آزاد تجاری در معیشت آ‌ن‌ها، نمونه موردی: شهر مرزی چابهار

زمینه و هدف: رشد و توسعه شتابان شهرنشینی و شکل‌گیری مناطق حاشیه نشین یکی از مسائل مهم اجتماعی کشورهای درحال توسعه جهان برشمرده می‌شود. توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری از عواملی است که می‌تواند بر معیشت پایدار ساکنین محلات حاشیه‌نشین تاثیرگذار باشد. با این حال، این سوال اصلی مطرح می شود که آیا توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری در عمل توانسته است به ایجاد و تقویت معیشت پایدار در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین کمک کند؟ از همین رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری چابهار بر معیشت پایدار حاشیه‌نشینان این منطقه به بررسی اثرات توسعه منطقه آزاد تجاری چابهار بر رشد و توسعه ابعاد مختلف سرمایه‌های معیشت پایدار افراد ساکن در این منطقه پرداخته‌است.روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش رگرسیون چند متغیره و آزمون t در راستای بهبود امکان‌پذیری تحلیل نقش متغیرهای مختلف بر معیشت پایدار می‌باشد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، توسعه منطقه آزاد تجاری چابهار بر روی ابعاد مختلف معیشت پایدار حاشیه نشینان تاثیر مثبتی نداشته است. یافته ها: تحلیل سرمایه‌های معیشتی مختلف از جمله سرمایه‌های انسانی، مالی، طبیعی، فیزیکی و اجتماعی نشان می دهد که در تمامی این ابعاد، مخالفت پاسخ‌دهندگان در مورد آثار مثبت توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری چابهار بر معیشت پایدار افراد مشهود بوده است. همچنین این مطالعه نشان داد که ساکنان مناطق غیرحاشیه‌نشین نگاه مثبت‌تری به نقش مناطق آزاد تجاری بر سرمایه‌های معیشتی خود نسبت به ساکنان مناطق حاشیه نشین داشتند.نتایج: نتایج این مقاله می تواند به ارتقای ادبیات توسعه منطقه ای در این بخش از کشور کمک نماید. در نهایت، بهبود سرمایه های معیشتی در محله های حاشیه نشین می تواند به ترویج مشارکت اجتماعی و نقش مشارکت اهالی محلی در فرآیند توسعه منطقه‌ای کمک نماید.

an analysis of the perception of the residents of marginal areas about the impact of the free trade zone on their livelihood, case example: the border city of chabahar.

urbanization acceleration and the formation of marginalized areas are important social issues in developing countries worldwide. the development of free trade zones is one of the factors that can potentially impact the sustainable livelihoods of residents in marginalized areas. however, a fundamental question arises as has the development of free trade zones effectively contributed to the creation and enhancement of sustainable livelihoods in marginalized areas? therefore, this research aims to investigate the role of the development of the chabahar free trade zone in the sustainable livelihoods of residents in this region by examining the effects of the development of the chabahar free trade zone on the growth and development of various dimensions of individuals' sustainable livelihoods in this area. the research methodology in this study is based on multivariate regression analysis and t-test to improve the feasibility of analyzing the role of various variables in sustainable livelihoods. based on the results of this research, the development of the chabahar free trade zone did not have a positive impact on various dimensions of the sustainable livelihoods of marginalized residents. the analysis of various livelihood assets, including human, financial, natural, physical, and social assets, shows that in all these dimensions, the average results obtained were less than 3, indicating respondents' disagreement regarding the positive effects of the development of the chabahar free trade zone on the sustainable livelihoods of individuals. this research provides significant insights into the development of the chabahar free trade zone and its impact on the sustainable livelihoods of marginalized residents in this region, which can assist policymakers and planners in promoting the development of free trade zones.
