شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فقرمسکن روستایی مورد مطالعه: روستاهای مرزی شهرستان تایباد

زمینه و هدف: مناطق مرزی از اهمیت ویژه ای در سطح ملی و فرامرزی برخوردار بوده با این وجود معمولا از مناطق کم برخوردار به شمار می‌آیند و دارای چالش‌های متعددی است یکی ازین چالش‌ها پدیده فقر مسکن است. پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فقرمسکن روستایی مورد مطالعه روستاهای مرزی شهرستان تایباد می‌پردازد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت انجام، توصیفی – تحلیلی می‌باشد و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است و داده های مورد نیاز به شیوه کتابخانه ای و میدانی( مصاحبه) گردآوری و با روش گراندد تئوری بررسی شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 17 روستای دارای سکنه مابین تایباد و مرز افغانستان است، انتخاب افراد نمونه در پژوهش حاضر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و معیار کارشناسان مرتبط با موضوع انجام گرفته است.یافته: یافته‌های پژوهش به دست‌ آمده از روش گراندد تئوری با رویکرد عینی نظام‌مند «اشتراوس و کوربین» بر مراحل نظام‌مند تحلیل داده‌ها و کدگذاری مرحله‌مند« باز، محوری و انتخابی» عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر موثر بر فقر مسکن در روستاهای مرزی شهرستان تایباد را مشخص نمود.نتیجه: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی، محیطی و سیاسی اداری عوامل موثر بر فقرمسکن در روستاهای مرزی شهرستان تایباد هستند و پیامدهایی چون فقر بین نسلی، تداوم فقر و مهاجرت شناسایی شدند. در این راستا عواملی چون سرمایه گذاری در بخش اشتغال، رشد و افزایش اعتبارات مقاوم سازی و توجه به زیرساخت‌ها و ارائه خدمات به عنوان راهبرد در این زمینه مطرح است.

identifying factors affecting rural housing poverty case study: border villages of taybad city

abstractborder areas hold special significance at both the national and cross border levels; however, they are often considered less developed and face numerous challenges. one of these challenges is the phenomenon of housing poverty. this research aims to identify the factors influencing rural housing poverty in border villages of taybad county. the research methodology is descriptive analytical in nature and has practical applications. data were collected through library research and fieldwork (interviews) and analyzed using the grounded theory approach. the statistical population of this study consists of 17 inhabited villages located between taybad and the afghanistan border. the sample selection was conducted using purposive sampling method based on the criteria of experts relevant to the subject.findings: the findings of the research, obtained through a systematic grounded theory approach with a focused and systematic analysis of data in the stages of open, axial, and selective coding, identified the influential factors of housing poverty in the border villages of taybad county, including economic, social, physical, environmental, and political administrative factors.conclusion: the research results demonstrate that economic, social, physical, environmental, and political administrative factors are influential in housing poverty in the border villages of taybad county. consequences such as intergenerational poverty, persistent poverty, and migration were identified. in this regard, strategies such as investment in employment sector, growth and increase in resilience credits, and attention to infrastructure and service provision are proposed as means to address these challenges.
