واکاوی عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی افکار عمومی از عملکرد مرزبانی مطالعه مورد: استان کردستان

در عصر حاضر، شناخت افکار عمومی، چگونگی شکل گیری و عوامل موثر بر آن، اهمیت بسیار زیادی پیداکرده است. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش بررسی وضعیت رضایت مندی افکار عمومی از عملکرد مرزبانی استان کردستان و عوامل موثر بر آن بوده است. روش این تحقیق برحسب هدف؛ کاربردی، برحسب داده ها؛ کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای کیفی آشکار با رویکرد سنتی به جهت کدگذاری می باشد. جمعیت مشارکت کننده شامل سهگروه: اساتید دانشگاه های استان کردستان (به تعداد 5 نفر)؛ کارکنان مرزبانی، فرمانداران مریوان، سروآباد و بانه ( 5 نفر)؛ مرزنشینان مریوان و بانه ( 10 نفر) و در کل تعداد 20 نفر از میان مشارکت کننده ها به روش هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. روش تحلیل مصاحبه ها، روش تحلیل محتوا واحد تحلیل جمله بوده است که به روش کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی دسته بندی شده و مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرارگرفته اند. درمجموع 324 کد باز، 29 کد محوری و 9 کد گزینشی شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان می دهد وضعیت رضایت مندی افکار عمومی از عملکرد مرزبانی چندان رضایت بخش نیست و در حد متوسط و پایین می باشد. همچنین ازنظر اولویت بندی نیز عوامل انسانی، عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی و عوامل ارتباطی به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در افزایش رضایت مندی افکار عمومی از عملکرد مرزبانی دارند.

analysis of factors affecting public opinion satisfaction with border performance the case study of kurdistan province

in the present era, understanding public opinion, how it is formed and the factors affecting it has become very important. accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the state of public opinion satisfaction with the border guard performance of kurdistan province and the factors affecting it.the method of this research is by purpose; applied, in terms of data; qualitative is a type of explicit qualitative content analysis with a traditional approach to coding. participating population includes three groups: professors of universities in kurdistan province (5 people); border guards, governors of marivan, sarvabad and baneh (5 people); the border residents of marivan and baneh (10 people) and a total of 20 people were selected from the participants in a purposeful way to achieve theoretical saturation. interview analysis method was content analysis method and sentence analysis unit which were classified and analyzed by open coding, axial coding and selective coding. a total of 324 open codes, 29 axial codes and 9 selective codes were identified. the results show that the state of public opinion satisfaction with border performance is not very satisfactory and is moderate and low. in terms of prioritization, human factors, socio-cultural factors and communication factors have the greatest impact on increasing public satisfaction with border performance, respectively.
