ارائه الگوی عوامل موثر بر شکوفایی شهری با رویکرد تخریب خلاق مطالعه موردی: شهر مرزی سراوان

با توجه به گسترش شهرنشینی و افزایش جمعیت در عصر حاضر، روند توسعه شهرها با معضلات متعددی روبرو شده است. در همین راستا، رویکردهای مختلفی جهت حل این مشکلات و رسیدن به توسعه پایدار مطرح شده که یکی ازمهمترین آنها برای توسعه متعادل و متوازن پایدار، شکوفایی شهری است. با توجه به اهمیت این رویکرد به عنوان یکی از مهمترین معیارهای رضایت از زندگی، در این پژوهش تلفیقی از عوامل موثر بر شکوفایی شهری با رویکرد تخریب خلاق در شهر مرزی سراوان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و براساس آن ارائه الگوی جهت رسیدن به شهر شکوفا ارائه گردید. بدین منظور در ابتدا با استفاده از مبانی نظری و تئوریک پژوهش، عوامل تاثیر گذار بر شکوفایی شهری با رویکرد تخریب خلاق در شهر سراوان استخراج و با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، تعداد 30 عامل موثر انتخاب و جهت بررسی روابط بین آنها از تحلیل میک مک استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است که اولین گام در رسیدن به هدف پژوهش، ارتقا سطح عوامل زیربنایی نظیر دسترسی به زیرساخت های فناورانه، وضعیت دسترسی به اینترنت و همچنین افزایش نرخ باسوادی، نرخ باسوادی زنان و درصد جمعیت دارای تحصیلات عالی است زیرا تاثیرگذاری این عوامل بالاتر از تاثیرپذیری آن ها بوده وضعیت احتمالی این عوامل، تعیین کننده وضعیت احتمالی سایر عوامل می باشد. بنابراین می توان ضمن ارتقا سطح سواد در جامعه، با فراهم نمودن زیرساخت های فناورانه، خلاقیت را تقویت نموده و سطح کارآفرینی و تولید محصولات و خدمات خلاقانه را گسترش داد. این امر نه تنها موجب رشد اقتصادی شهر می گردد، بلکه با توجه به حمایت های صورت گرفته، گسترش زیرساخت ها و رفع موانع، منجر به عدالت اجتماعی شده و خلاقیت را در تمام عرصه ها وارد می سازد.

presenting a model of factors affecting urban prosperity with a creative destruction approach the case study of border town of saravan

due to the expansion of urbanization and population growth in the present era, the development process of cities has faced many problems. in this regard, various approaches have been proposed to solve these problems and achieve sustainable development, one of the most important of which is urban prosperity. considering the importance of this approach as one of the most important criteria of life satisfaction, in this research, a combination of factors affecting urban prosperity with the approach of creative destruction in the border city of saravan was investigated, and based on that, a model was presented to reach a flourishing city. for this purpose, at first, using the theoretical and theoretical foundations of the research as well as the delphi technique, the factors affecting urban prosperity with the approach of creative destruction in saravan city were extracted and the number of 30 effective factors was selected, and to examine the relationships between them, the mik-mik analysis was used. the results of the research indicate that the first step in achieving the goal of the research is to improve the level of infrastructure factors such as access to technological infrastructure, the status of internet access, as well as increasing the literacy rate, the literacy rate of women and the percentage of the population with higher education, because the influence of these factors above their effectiveness, the probable status of these factors determines the probable status of other factors. therefore, while improving the level of literacy in society, by providing technological infrastructure, creativity can be strengthened and the level of entrepreneurship and the production of creative products and services can be expanded. this not only leads to the economic growth of the city, but due to the support provided, the expansion of infrastructure and the removal of obstacles, it leads to social justice and introduces creativity in all fields.
