تاثیر اشراف اطلاعاتی پلیس در پیشگیری از جرائم مرزی مطالعه موردی: مرزبانی استان گلستان

زمینه و هدف: اشراف اطلاعاتی ازجمله موضوعاتی است که همواره مدنظر فرماندهان قرار دارد و کاربست آن در مناطق مرزی می‌تواند بر دامنه گسترش جرائم اثرگذار باشد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین میزان تاثیر اشراف اطلاعاتی پلیس در پیشگیری از جرائم مناطق مرزی استان گلستان انجام شد. روش: روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی، ازنظر ماهیت داده‌ها، توصیفی تحلیلی و ازنظر روش پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری 101 نفر فرماندهان هنگ‌های مرزی، مدیران ستادی، فرماندهان گروهان‌ها، پاسگاه‌ها و یگان‌های دریایی هستند که حداقل 3 سال سابقه مدیریت در مرزبانی دارند و با اشراف اطلاعاتی آشنا هستند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 91 نفر محاسبه شد. روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است. روایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و صوری و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.844 به دست آمد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی به روش تحلیل رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پی. ال. اس تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش مشخص شد که می‌توان پیشگیری از جرائم در مناطق مرزی استان گلستان را با استفاده از متغیر اشراف اطلاعاتی پلیس پیش‌بینی کرد. بر این اساس ضرایب استانداردشده beta نشان می‌دهد که به ازای یک واحد تغییر در متغیر اشراف اطلاعاتی پلیس، 0.457 در متغیر وابسته پیشگیری از جرائم در مناطق مرزی استان گلستان تغییر ایجاد می‌شود. نتایج: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از تایید تاثیر ابعاد اشراف اطلاعاتی بر پیشگیری از جرائم مرزی در مناطق مرزی استان گلستان است.

the effect of police intelligence elites in preventing border crimes the study case of golestan province border guard

background and aim: intelligence elites are among the issues that are always considered by commanders, and their application in border areas can affect the spread of crimes. therefore, the current research was conducted to determine the impact of police intelligence elites in preventing crimes in the border areas of golestan province.methodology: the research method is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of the nature of the data, it is descriptive, analytical, and in terms of survey method and correlation type. the statistical population of 101 people are commanders of border regiments, staff managers, commanders of companies, outposts and marine units with at least 3 years of management experience in border guarding and are familiar with intelligence elites. the sample size was calculated based on morgan's table of 91 people. the method of stratified random sampling and the tool of data collection is a researcher-made questionnaire. the validity of the research instrument was obtained using content and form validity and its reliability was obtained by calculating cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.844. research data using descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, and structural equations using pi software. l. s was analyzed.results: based on the results of the research, it was found that crime prevention in the border areas of golestan province can be predicted using the variable of police intelligence elites. therefore, the standardized beta coefficients show that for one unit change in the police intelligence elite variable, there is a 0.457 change in the dependent variable of crime prevention in the border areas of golestan province.conclusion: the obtained results indicate the confirmation of the influence of information elites on the prevention of border crimes in the border areas of golestan province.
